    GETTING TO THE ROOT

    Many time we deal with the problems on the surface. Which always fixes things temporarily. Thats why we find ourselves going back to the same problem over and over.

    The Breakdown

    Even though we have one body, there’s different parts of us that we need to address.

    BRAIN

    The brain is like the control center of your body. It helps you think, feel, and move by sending and receiving messages through nerves. Think of it as the boss of all your body’s activities, telling your muscles what to do, helping you understand things, and keeping everything working together smoothly.

    MIND

    The mind is the part of you that thinks, feels, and dreams. It includes your thoughts, memories, emotions, and imagination. While the brain is the physical organ, the mind is more like what happens inside your head: it’s your inner world of ideas and experiences.

    BODY

    The body is the physical part of you that includes everything from your head to your toes. It’s made up of all your organs, muscles, bones, and skin. The body does all the things you need to stay alive, like breathing, moving, and eating. It’s the physical “vehicle” that your mind and brain use to interact with the world.

    SOUL

    The soul is often thought of as the essence of who you are—your inner self or spirit. It’s what gives you your sense of identity, purpose, and connection to something greater than yourself. While the mind deals with thoughts and feelings, the soul is about your deeper, personal sense of being and meaning.
